Your English-speaking guide will meet you at the agreed meeting point and leave for your country tour to Martinique.
In a minibus, together with a maximum of 18 people, you leave the island’s capital Fort-de-France and drive to the south of the island. Sit back and relax and let the passing island landscape affect you. During the one-hour drive, you will stop at the Trois Rivières distillery. Although no rum is produced on the premises, you can still get an insight into the former process. During a visit you will get a short overview and of course have the opportunity to taste local rum with an extensive tasting.
Then we continued to Le Marin. The small community is known for its picturesque marina, which is regularly visited by numerous sailboats. Take a photo stop at a beautiful viewpoint and enjoy a magical view of the south of Martinique. If the view is good, you can even spot the neighbouring island of Saint Lucia and have your camera ready for a souvenir photo!
Then you will reach the picturesque sandy beach of Les Salines in the extreme south of the island. 1.2 kilometres of beach to enjoy in all its glory, and it is not without reason that it is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches on the island. Feel the white sand between your toes as you walk along the sprawling coastline. To relax, you have the opportunity to find a shady spot under palm trees or rent a sun lounger (payable locally for a fee). Let your mind wander and start the atmosphere of the Caribbean dream beach. The heavenly scenery invites you to literally dream! Of course you can also take a bath in the pleasantly warm water. Spend the time according to your wishes.
Well rested, you then return to Fort-de-France and return to your cruise ship in time.
